What is a scratch & dent appliance?
Occasionally when an appliance leaves the factory, it may have a scratch or dent on it somewhere. These appliances are fully operational, but the cosmetic issues were discovered before customer delivery. In most cases, these appliances were never used. While the original factory carton has been removed, these units are protected with corner boards and wrapped in protective film — and they can be purchased at steep discounts.

All your appliances are tested before they are delivered. A scratch or a dent changes the price, not how the appliance works.
1-year warranty, parts and labor
Every purchase includes a free 1-year warranty. The first 30 days are covered by the store; CPS covers the rest of the year, and extended plans are available.
Delivery or same-day pickup
Express delivery to your home in less than 48 hours, or same-day pickup on available items. Delivery fees are an estimate — call for a quote.
Our very own 1–3 days repair service
It comes with every appliance purchased from us. If you have any problem with your appliance, give us a call and we will be out within 1–3 days to fix it. Customer service should not end after you make the purchase — we are with you through the whole process, even after installation.

Why are your prices lower than your competitors?
We specialize in the sale of open-box returns and scratch & dent appliances from stores such as Home Depot and Lowe’s. Both have a 48-hour return policy, and returns come back for all sorts of reasons — wrong size or colour, an impulse buy. Some of these products may have dents or scratches on the surface, so we are able to lower our prices and provide additional discounts on top of the current sale price.
All of our appliances have been tested and are in good working condition. Cosmetic defects such as scratches and dents will not affect performance.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. We offer a free 1-year warranty, parts and labor included. The first 30 days are covered by the store; CPS, our third-party warranty company, covers the rest of the year. Extended paid warranty plans are available, and CPS service may carry a $99 deductible.
You must register your CPS warranty within 30 days of purchase.
How does delivery work?
Express delivery gets your appliances to your home in less than 48 hours. The delivery fee is an estimate, and delivery and any service fee are not refundable once the unit is out for delivery. Available items can be picked up the same day.
What is your return policy?
Within 48 hours of delivery, if the product is not working, you can exchange it for another unit or return it. After 48 hours, returns are not accepted. Returns carry a 30% restocking fee — see the full policy on our FAQ page.
